Type:

Boat – launch from Mount Batten

Depth:

Max. 23m

Difficulty:

Just in range of Ocean Divers however this can change with the tides

Description:

The bow is mainly in tact with the ship becoming more disintegrated the further back. Lots to look at and a really nice dive, usually pretty light on the wreck, however it is easy to swim inside the steelwork of it without realising (there is not steel plate overhead, just the ribbing)

Sea Life:

John Dory, Wrasse, Pollack, Lobsters, Congers

Hazards:

Very easy to enter the wreck, giving an overhead environment, take care and look up occasionally

Conditions:

This wreck can be dived at any state of the tide, however it is sometimes too rough to get the boat out to it (same as the Scylla)
