Type:

Boat – Launch from Teignmouth

Depth:

20m

Difficulty:

Possible for Ocean Divers, however needs to be on low tide

Description:

The Ship hit a mine in 1917, carrying a cargo including cement, cloth and ammunition, because of its depth it has been salvaged in part to stop it from being a hazard to shipping. Although well broken up there are lots of bits to look in under etc.

Sea Life:

Crabs, Lobster, Wrasse, John Dory, Pollack, etc.

Hazards:

Can be a lot of fishing nets caught up on it, a knife is useful

Conditions:

Fairly exposed so persistent winds could cause large waves around it, northerly winds best but possible to dive whenever the sea is flat enough and at any tide

Air Fills:
