Shoot wrestling is made up of a unique blend of Russian Sombo, Judo, Jujitsu, Catch-As-Catch-Can Wrestling and Thai Boxing.
It is a great combative sport and martial art, you learn to punch kick throw and submit the opponent making this a great hybrid sport.
